The following pages are examples of graphics developed from the
stained glass windows in the Hunter Building, showing the general theme that could be used
as well as effects and techniques. My opinion so far is that with work and careful use the
window images could significantly enhance the appearance and tone of the web site, adding
interest and unique VUW character. It also avoids the other issues of appropriate uses of
images, etc. as far as I know (the Maori patterns would need to be checked with the
appropriate people). Some of these images would even make great screen savers etc.
